TICKETS FOR ADVANCE PURCHASE
Access All Stages Pass
Thursday 20th November to Monday 24th November 2025
A pass for the entire duration of the Rally that gives access to:
- All stages including Scrutineering and Documentation on Wednesday 19th November
- All car parks
- Including Pembrey Race Circuit
Price: £175 per car plus £5 p&p
This includes:
2 x New Wool Rally Hats, Programme, 2 Personal ID’s, 2 Rally Lanyard’s, Full Stage Maps hard copy, Entry List, Special Access to Full Set of Online Rally Maps for stages and full route.
Each Day Pass will be £30 per Car plus £2.50 p&p

A souvenir Programme which will be available from Carmarthen Showground and every Car Park for £10
Programmes can be pre-ordered for £15 including postage and packing

ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD STRICTLY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
DELIVERY OF TICKETS
All Tickets will be dispatched before the 7th November.
Last pre ordered tickets will be dispatched on Monday 10th November 2025.
No tickets will be posted out after this date; tickets can then only be purchased from Carmarthen Showground on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th November or the car parks on route.
REFUND POLICY
No refunds will be issued for any stages that are cancelled, whether in advance or on the day. Refunds equivalent to the price of the ticket and booking fees but excluding postage, will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tickets will be dispatched Monday 10th November 2025
- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any stages that are cancelled, whether in advance or on the day. Refunds equivalent to the price of the ticket but excluding postage will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled.
- Availability at any car park will be on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, you should arrive at your chosen car park in plenty of time.
- There are no facilities provided specifically for Disabled persons due to the nature of the uneven ground at car park locations , however it is suggested Disabled persons visit Pembrey Circuit for ease of access.
- All ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
