TICKETS FOR ADVANCE PURCHASE 

Access All Areas Pass 

Thursday 23rd November to Monday 27th November 2023

A pass for the entire duration of the Rally that gives access to:

  • All stages including Scrutineering and Documentation on Wednesday 22nd November
  • All car parks
  • Service Area’s on each day

Price: £150 per car inc p&p  

This includes: 

2 x New Wool Rally Hats, Programme, 2 Personal ID’s, 2 Rally Lanyard’s, Full Stage Maps hard copy, Entry List, Special Access to Full Set of Online Rally Maps for stages and full route.

Programme Sales 

A souvenir Programme which will be available from Carmarthen Showground and every Car Park for £10

Programmes can be pre-ordered for £15 including postage and packing

Tickets can now only be purchased from either:

 

Collect or Buy from Carmarthen Showground

All Passes will be on sale at Carmarthen Showground from 12.00 noon Wednesday 22nd November 2023

 

Car Park Payments

Payment to all car parks can be done on the relevant car park gate in cash only.

 

ALL TICKETS ARE SOLD STRICTLY SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.

 


DELIVERY OF TICKETS 

All Tickets will be dispatched on the 14/15th November.

Last pre ordered tickets will be dispatched on Thursday 16th November 2023.

No tickets will be posted out after this date; tickets can then only be purchased from Carmarthen Showground on the Tuesday 21st and 22nd November or the car parks on route.

REFUND POLICY 

No refunds will be issued for any stages that are cancelled, whether in advance or on the day. Refunds equivalent to the price of the ticket and booking fees but excluding postage, will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

  1. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
  2. Tickets will be dispatched Thursday 16th November 2023
  3. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any stages that are cancelled, whether in advance or on the day. Refunds equivalent to the price of the ticket but excluding postage will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled.
  4. Availability at any car park will be on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, you should arrive at your chosen car park in plenty of time.
  5. There are no facilities provided specifically for Disabled persons due to the nature of the uneven ground at car park locations 
  6. All ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
